CHC MEDICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Monterrey, México)

 

    • Visit and manage relationships with healthcare professionals to promote OTC products, ensuring their availability and visibility at points of sale.
    • Achieve sales targets through physician prescriptions and maintain up-to-date medical and point-of-sale databases.
    • Prepare reports on visits, activities, and sales, providing accurate and timely information, and adjust strategies as needed.
    • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities and supporting promotional activities.
    • Collaborate on the design of promotional materials and point-of-sale visibility strategies.
    • Stay up-to-date on products, trends, and industry regulations, and provide educational information to healthcare professionals.
    • Monitor sales KPIs, share market behavior insights, and propose strategies to improve market penetration and address the competition.

 

Work Experience

  • 3 years of sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry (OTC products).
  • Experience in sales territory management, client negotiation, and product promotion in the healthcare sector.

 

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Biological Sciences, or Business Administration.

 

Key Skills

 

Technical Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of IQVIA/Knolloch and Close-Up audits
  • Knowledge of the local market, consumer trends, and OTC product distribution channels.
  • Knowledge of OTC products and their regulations, as well as prescription and sales processes in the pharmaceutical environment
  • Proficiency in CRM and database management.
  • Knowledge of compliance.
