As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Global Brand Manager (Launch Support New Indication) on a temporary contract to drive operational excellence for an upcoming indication expansion. This is a global position that can be based in Italy, Belgium, or the Netherlands, with the option to work fully remotely from any of these countries.
Scope of the role
The Global Brand Manager will lead the tactical execution of a new indication launch, ensuring cross-functional alignment and day-one readiness. This project-based role focuses on translating brand strategy into market-ready materials, coordinating stakeholders across Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, and Sales, and delivering compliant promotional and educational content that drives successful uptake in the new patient population.

Your role
Launch Execution & Coordination
- Drive launch readiness by coordinating across Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Sales, and Supply to ensure seamless day-one execution
- Translate global therapy strategy into indication-specific customer journeys for healthcare professionals, payers, and patients
- Manage launch timelines, track critical milestones, and proactively identify and resolve roadblocks
Content & Campaign Development
- Lead creation of core promotional and non-promotional materials including visual aids, leave-behinds, digital assets, and training modules
- Brief and manage agency partners to deliver high-quality, on-brand content within budget and timelines
- Coordinate internal review processes ensuring scientific accuracy, legal compliance, and brand consistency
Sales & Field Enablement
- Partner with Sales leadership to develop launch training programs, field tools, FAQs, and competitive response materials
- Design feedback mechanisms to capture field insights and optimize launch tactics in real-time
- Support channel planning and execution, including digital engagement strategies, to ensure consistent message delivery
Stakeholder Management & Governance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to align priorities and accelerate decision-making
- Participate in key governance forums to present progress, gain approvals, and address escalations
- Manage MLR (Medical-Legal-Regulatory) submission workflows, version control, and compliance documentation
Performance Tracking
- Monitor content performance and campaign effectiveness, providing insights to optimize engagement
- Support development of KPIs and metrics to measure launch success
Who are you
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related discipline
- 5+ years' experience in pharmaceutical marketing or brand management with demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on tight timelines
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills with experience managing matrix stakeholders across Medical, Regulatory, and Commercial teams
- Proven agency management capabilities and content development expertise
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail and compliance-focused mindset
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities with limited ambiguity
Preferred
- Direct launch experience (new product or indication expansion) with proven track record of successful market introduction
- Specialty care experience, particularly in immunology or gastroenterology, with familiarity working alongside Medical Affairs and Market Access
- Knowledge of European healthcare systems and promotional code requirements (country-specific regulations)
- Experience supporting affiliate markets and adapting global strategies for local execution
