Medical Science Liaison

Purpose of the Job

This role will be a regional medical expert who will lead regional medical strategy and execution and be specializes in scientific exchange with KOLs.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute regional medical plans for target KOLs in disease-related areas.
  • Engage Key opinion stakeholders in scientific exchange on disease area and product relevant information.
  • Possess scientific and clinical knowledge in nephrology or gastroenterology to help identify and critically assess research opportunities and to play a supportive role in the execution of evidence generation plans to enhance the value of our products in a real-world setting.
  • Strong capabilities in the design and execution of regional medical activities.
  • Consistently identify insights that deepen our understanding of the needs of patients, consumers, regulators, payers, and healthcare providers and proactively identify unmet needs, share with cross-departmental partners synchronously.
  • Transversely cooperate with internal stakeholders to support the generation and communication of scientific and medical insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with business partners to ensure optimal alignment and ways of working between BU and MSL teams.
  • Ensure the compliance of medical materials and activities.
  • 针对相关治疗领域的KOL制定区域医学计划并执行; 
  • 与主要意见利益相关方进行疾病领域和产品相关信息的科学交流; 
  • 拥有肾科或消化治疗领的科学和临床知识，以帮助识别和评估研究机会，并在证据生成的执行中发挥支持性作用，以提高我们产品在真实世界的价值; 
  • 具有较强的医学活动设计和执行能力; 
  • 识别并深化我们对患者、医生、监管机构、支付者等方需求理解，主动发现未满足的需求，与跨部门合作伙伴同步分享; 
  • 与内部利益相关方开展横向合作，支持向内部利益相关方传递科学知识和医学洞见; 
  • 与业务伙伴紧密合作，建立BU和MSL团队之间的最佳合作方式；
  • 确保合规的制作医学材料和执行医学活动；

Qualifications 

Work Experience

  •  2+ years' experience in medical affairs; 年以上医学事务经验
  • more than 2 year’s experience in medical affairs in big MNC pharma company 2年以上国大型外资药企的医学事务经验
  • Renal or digestive TA experience as MSL, or prior hospital work, is preferable.有肾科或消化治疗领域医学科学联络官经验，或有医院工作经历者优先。

Education 

  • A Master's degree in clinical medicine or above.
  • 临床医学硕士以上
