The intern will support the Business Development team in operational and analytical activities, with a primary focus on proposal preparation and the development and maintenance of Commercial Operations dashboards. This role offers the opportunity to gain end-to-end exposure to the commercial process within a pharmaceutical CDMO, interacting with cross-functional teams (Project Management, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain).
Key Responsibilities
Proposal Management Support

Collect and organize technical and commercial information required for proposal preparation

Support the development of commercial proposals (RFQ/RFP responses) in collaboration with BD, Technical Teams, and Finance

Update and manage proposal templates and pricing databases
Commercial Operations & Dashboarding

Support the creation and maintenance of commercial dashboards (pipeline, conversion rate, forecast, KPIs)

Collect, clean, and analyze data from CRM and other internal sources

Prepare periodic reports for management (e.g., weekly pipeline review, monthly business review)
Additional Support Activities

Create presentations and materials for clients and internal meetings

Support market intelligence and benchmarking activities

Assist in CRM management and customer database maintenance
Requirements:
- Ongoing or recently completed degree in scientific disciplines (Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology) or Economics/Engineering

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

Basic knowledge of data analysis and database management

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently

Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data
