As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Sr. Associate, Finance Solution Expert – Controlling to join our Global IT Core Applications team, based in Bologna or Milan, Italy.
Scope of the role:
The role supports the evolution of Alfasigma’s SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling landscape, connecting business needs with scalable digital solutions. You will work closely with Finance, Controlling, IT teams, and external partners to improve processes, strengthen reporting capabilities, and support data-driven decision-making across an international environment.
Your role:
• Drive continuous improvement of Finance and Controlling processes through SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Contribute to SAP CO enhancements, including cost center accounting, profit center accounting, internal orders, product costing, planning, allocations, profitability analysis, and reporting.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and practical system solutions.
• Support integration with other SAP areas such as FI, MM, SD, PP, and PS.
• Contribute to SAP transformation initiatives, rollouts, upgrades, testing, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Support incidents, service requests, change requests, and user adoption initiatives.
• Promote process standardization, knowledge sharing, and SAP best practices across business and IT teams.

Who are you:
You are a curious, proactive professional with a passion for Finance processes, SAP technologies, and continuous improvement. You enjoy solving business challenges and translating them into effective system solutions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 - 3 years of experience with SAP Finance and Controlling solutions, preferably in SAP S/4HANA.
• Good knowledge of SAP CO processes, including planning, allocations, budgeting, forecasting, product costing, and management reporting.
• Understanding of SAP integration with FI, MM, SD, PP, and PS.
• Experience in requirements gathering, testing, troubleshooting, user support, and system improvements.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud, Group Reporting, or planning solutions is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, collaboration skills, ownership, learning agility, and customer orientation.

Pay range: 36.000€ – 48.000€
The compensation range indicated in this job posting represents an estimated average range for the position. The final remuneration will be determined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, in accordance with applicable EU pay transparency and pay equity requirements
