Senior Specialist, Alliance Management

Scope of the role

The Senior Alliance Management Specialist supports the governance, coordination, and operational management of Alfasigma’s in-licensing and out-licensing partnerships. The role works closely with the Alliance Manager and crossfunctional internal stakeholders to ensure contractual compliance, smooth operational execution, and effective collaboration with external partners.

This position plays a key role in monitoring alliance performance, facilitating information flow, and acting as a central point of coordination across functions involved in partnership management.

 

Your Key Responsibilities

 

•             Support the alliance manager in governing and coordinating the activities related with the partnership.

•             Track financial performance

•             Monitor promotional and commercial activities of partners for out-licensed products

•             Supervise contractual deadlines and obligations and alert internal functions

•             Act as a reference point for partners and internal functions.

•             Maintain proper documental archives

•             Coordinate and troubleshoot  day-by-day alliance activities

•             Support the information flow from/to the partners

•             Organize meetings and contacts with partners, collecting and providing the necessary support (agenda,    minutes, presentations, etc

 

 

Who are you?: 

 

•             Biomedical or economical degree

•             3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industries in alliance management / licensing area

•             Familiar with the activities of the main functional areas in the pharma business

•             Capable of understanding and applying contractual conditions for the alliances

•             Fluent in English

•             Availability to travel

•             Good communication skills and ability to manage cross functional team
