As part of our growth, we are now recruiting a new Brand Manager CHC/OTX to join our growing CHC/OTX Business Unit!
The Brand Manager CHC/OTX will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for assigned brands, managing the product lifecycle, driving commercial performance, and ensuring the successful implementation of integrated communication campaigns targeting both consumers and healthcare professionals.
This role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, financial acumen, and cross-functional leadership within a highly competitive healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies for assigned OTX brands.
- Manage the product portfolio, including launches, lifecycle management, pricing, and innovation opportunities.
- Lead integrated communication campaigns targeting consumers and healthcare professionals across traditional and digital channels.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and business performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor key business indicators, sales performance, market share, and ROI.
- Manage brand budgets and support P&L analysis to ensure profitability objectives are achieved.
- Partner with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Finance, and external agencies to ensure effective execution of marketing plans.
- Support medical education initiatives, congress participation, and KOL engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable pharmaceutical and OTC regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (required).
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in Marketing, Product Management, or related fields preferred.
- Previous experience as an OTX Product Manager, Pharmaceutical Marketing professional. Any commercial role within the healthcare industry is welcome.
- Experience developing campaigns across POS, digital, social media, video, and influencer marketing channels.
- Strong understanding of P&L management, ROI analysis, and budget management.
- Knowledge of IQVIA, Knobloch, and Close-Up audits.
- Experience with CRM platforms, data analysis, and sales reporting tools.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
