Field National Sales & Pharmacy Trainer

As we continue to grow, we are seeking for a Training and Development Manager in Mexico City.
Position Purpose
In this role, you will be responsible for the field-level implementation and management of Alfasigma’s established training and professional development programs. Your objective is to ensure that internal sales leadership and external retail partners possess the specific skills and competencies required to execute our pre-defined business model ("modelo de ventas") to maximize national performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Field Execution: Spend 50–70% of the time in the field, traveling nationally across Mexico to deliver on-site training and ensure the Alfasigma sales model is standardized in all regions.
- Program Implementation: Execute the pre-defined Alfasigma training curriculum, ensuring that the "modelo de ventas" is applied consistently by the sales force.
- Internal Capability Building: Deliver sales and product training to Alfasigma Area Managers within their assigned territories to improve performance and productivity.
- Pharmacy Education: Conduct ad-hoc on-site training for Pharmacy Clerks Manager at partner pharmacies when needed, ensuring they have the necessary competencies to represent the portfolio effectively.
- Performance Monitoring: Assess the application of training in the field to ensure it translates into measurable commercial results.
Who You Are
- Professional Background: You have worked as a trainer in a structured, professional environment within the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Business Model Expertise: You have experience implementing a well-thought-out business model for sales to pharmacies.
- Field Experience: You are accustomed to working directly in the field, with the ability to coach different profiles (Area Managers).
- Communication: You are capable of effectively training diverse profiles. You are fluent in Spanish and English.
- High Mobility: You are prepared for a role that requires constant national travel (up to 70% of the time).
- Execution-Focused: You enjoy the practical implementation of training programs and seeing their direct impact on sales performance.
