Training and Development Manager

As we continue to grow, we are seeking for a Training and Development Manager in Mexico City.

 

Scope of the role

As Training and Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing training and professional development programs for the team. Your goal is to ensure they have the necessary skills and competencies to maximize their productivity and performance.

Your role

  • Execute comprehensive training programs and deliver materials specifically tailored for medical representatives. You will have the opportunity to adjust and refine existing content to ensure it resonates with the team.

  • Work closely with pharmacies and the non-medical staff team to provide product training, with a primary focus on teaching them how to effectively sell the product.

  • Roll out induction plans and periodic training sessions, consistently evaluating their effectiveness to maintain high standards.

  • Manage the team's training and development budget effectively.

  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and organize necessary compliance training.

  • Propose continuous development strategies, foster a growth-oriented culture, and generate detailed performance reports for leadership.

  • You are energized by being in the field and are comfortable traveling nationally approximately 50% of the time to provide direct support to our pharmacy partners and teams.

 

Who are you

We are looking for a professional who brings a strategic yet hands-on approach to people development.

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Sciences, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar training role within the Pharmaceutical Industry. Ideally, you have a proven track record of developing high-performing sales teams.

  • You are fluent in English and Spanish nd possess the ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.

  • You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office and enjoy leveraging new technologies to improve the learning experience.

  • You are comfortable with travel and enjoy being "on the ground" to support and train our partners.
