As we continue to grow, we are seeking for a (Junior) Specialist HR Administration & Employer Branding DACH Cluster.
Scope of the role:
As a (Junior) Specialist HR Administration & Employer Branding, you will support our HR team in a diverse and dynamic role within an exciting and fast‑paced pharmaceutical environment. In this position, you will work across the DACH region and gain valuable insights into different countries, HR processes, and employment regulations in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
This role is ideal for individuals with initial HR experience—either through internships, working student roles, or 1–2 years of professional HR experience—who are eager to grow across multiple HR disciplines, including HR Administration, Payroll coordination, Recruiting, Employer Branding, HR Business Partnering, and collaboration with the Works Council.
Your role:
HR Administration & Payroll Support
- Maintain employee master data and prepare contracts, certificates, and HR documentation
- Support whole employee life cycle across the DACH region
- Prepare and submit relevant documents for payroll
- Ensure accurate and compliant personnel file management (digital & physical)
Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
- Support the development of our DACH employer branding strategy
- Create content & improve internal communication
- Develop and execute creative initiatives to strengthen our employer brand
HR Business Partnering & Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
- Support HR projects, reporting, and presentations
- Prepare documentation for interactions with the Works Council
- Contribute to regional HR process optimization and continuous improvement
Talent Acquisition Support
You will provide administrative assistance to the HRBP for local recruitment needs that are not managed by the Global Talent Acquisition team. You will:
- Provide operational support for the end‑to‑end local talent acquisition process when global teams are not involved.
- Assist in the administrative task of publishing job descriptions on local platforms.
- Coordinate interview calendars and provide logistical support.
Who are you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related fieldInitial HR experience—at least through internships or working student roles, ideally 1–2 years of professional HR experience
- Interest in working within a DACH setup and collaborating across countries
- Excellent German and English communication skills
- Structured, reliable, service‑oriented working style
- Strong communicator, team‑oriented, proactive, and hands-on
- Enthusiasm for working in a pharmaceutical environment and across diverse HR topics
