Scope of the role:
As a Specialist SFE & Customer Engagement CHC, you bring together data, tools, and processes to help our field sales team work smarter, faster, and more effectively. Your analyses and decisions have a direct impact on our growth and the performance of our Consumer Healthcare (CHC) brands in the pharmacy and retail sectors.
You’ll work in an environment that prioritizes modern sales structures, data-driven decisions, and continuous development. You’ll maintain close contact with the BU Lead, Sales, and Marketing—your work is visible and makes a real impact.
Your role:
Sales Management & Performance Management
- Analysis of key field sales KPIs, e.g., visit frequency, coverage, sell-in, sell-out, strike rate, conversion rates.
- Development of data-driven recommendations that directly drive sales and marketing forward.
- Design of incentive models and evaluation of goal achievement.
Field Sales Planning & Resource Allocation
- Helping to shape a modern field sales setup in a growing organization.
- Planning, analysis, and optimization of territory structures, routes, and customer target groups.
- Targeting and segmentation strategy for pharmacies, physicians, or retail customers.
Market and Competitive Analysis
- Analysis of regional market and sales data, e.g., from pharmacy panels.
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of campaigns and promotions.
CRM and System Management
- Further development of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and definition of requirements for field sales management.
- Monitoring of data quality and promotion of CRM usage & acceptance.
- Development of clear guidelines and training concepts for the sales team in collaboration with Training Management.
Operational Excellence
- Establishment and optimization of modern data and reporting structures.
- Development of intuitive dashboards, reports, and KPI structures for various stakeholders.
- Introduction of new tools & best practices that make the field sales force more effective & efficient.
- Close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Business Intelligence. Consulting on strategic and operational decisions.
Who are you:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, business informatics, data analytics, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in a field force sales operations, commercial excellence, or sales analytics role in the pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare industry. Direct sales experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the pharmacy market, healthcare professionals (HCPs), pharmaceutical wholesalers, and pharmacy partnerships is preferred
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau). Knowledge of data engineering (e.g., SQL) is considered a plus.
- Understanding of sales KPIs, performance management, and incentive systems.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, 1Tool) is considered a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex analyses in an understandable way.
- A structured and solution-oriented approach to work and Interest in building and continuously developing the organization.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
