Scope of the role:
As Demand Planner, you will play a critical role in connecting commercial strategy with operational execution. Acting as a key link between Business Functions and Manufacturing, you will support demand forecasting activities across assigned product portfolios, channels, and SKUs, ensuring the business has the visibility needed to make effective decisions.
This position is ideal for a professional with approximately 1-2 years of experience who combines strong analytical capabilities with the ability to influence stakeholders and translate data into actionable business insights.
Your Role
- Manage forecasting activities across assigned product portfolios, channels and SKUs.
- Analyze historical sales trends, market dynamics, promotional initiatives and customer behavior to develop reliable forecasts.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators, including forecast accuracy, forecast bias, service level and stock availability.
- Support the monthly forecasting and S&OP cycle, ensuring alignment between commercial expectations and operational capabilities.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Supply Planning, Sales and Key Account Management teams to identify risks, opportunities and corrective actions.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
- Contribute to new product launches, portfolio changes and commercial initiatives through robust forecasting assumptions.
- Prepare analyses and presentations for management meetings and business reviews.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by translating complex data into clear business messages.
Who are you:
- Master's Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines.
- Approximately 1-2 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Forecasting, or similar areas.
- Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail, or other fast-moving environments is considered a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders across the organization.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to present analyses and recommendations to management teams.
- Ability to act as a facilitator between commercial and operational functions, balancing different business priorities.
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where versatility, ownership, and continuous improvement are highly valued.

Salary range 30.000€ - 38.000€
