Kick-start your career in Procurement with Alfasigma! We are now looking for curious and motivated talents eager to gain hands-on experience in procurement and grow in a dynamic environment.
You will be involved in a project focused on the procurement of services and non-product-related materials, gaining hands-on experience across sourcing activities, supplier management, and internal processes.
Throughout the internship, you will develop autonomy in core procurement tasks, become familiar with tools and methodologies, and contribute to the evolution and structuring of the Procurement function.
Key Responsibilities
- Mapping
- Support the buyer in collecting data and identifying internal needs for assigned categories
- Sourcing Activities
- Assist in supplier analysis and benchmarking
- Support the preparation and management of RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes
- Collect and organize supplier offers
- Participate in negotiations and contract definition under supervision
- Documentation & Compliance
- Support document review (POs, contracts, NDAs, technical appendices)
- Gain exposure to compliance principles, internal policies, and regulations
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain document repositories
- Supplier Management (SRM)
- Support the creation and maintenance of the supplier database
- Learn qualification processes, performance evaluation, and risk assessment
- Teamwork & Soft Skills Development
- Build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Develop time management, organization, and prioritization skills
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and internal training sessions

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, or other technical/scientific disciplines
- Good knowledge of IT systems and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive mindset with curiosity and willingness to learn
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Good command of English
