Scope of the Job
The primary focus of this internship is to support the Global Talent Acquisition team in the planning, coordination, and organization of interviews, while ensuring continuous and structured follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
You will play a key operational role in managing interview logistics, coordinating calendars, and acting as a point of contact to guarantee a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Your Role
As part of the Global TA team, you will:
- Plan and organize multiple interviews across different regions and time zones
- Manage complex calendar scheduling and coordination between candidates and hiring managers
- Ensure timely and proactive follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Support the internship recruitment cycle from vacancy launch to conducting first interviews
- Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects, including employer branding and other strategic initiatives
- Collaborate closely with HR colleagues and hiring managers to ensure efficiency and quality in recruitment processes
Who Are You
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Psychology, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Fluent in English and Italian (any additional language is a plus)
- Highly organized with strong planning and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn about Talent Acquisition
