As a Senior Specialist Finance R&D you will support strategic decision-making across Rx and CHC portfolios, working at the intersection of finance, R&D, and marketing. Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights
  • Analyze Business Needs: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and common understanding.
  • Month End closing: coordinating multi-site activities gathering inputs from different accounting systems and summarizing outputs.
  • Reporting: Summarize in different formats the information (by cost nature, cost center, project, etc), for different stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states, proposing solutions that align with business goals.
  • Project Management: Participate in project planning, monitoring project, and communicating updates to stakeholders.
  • Implementation Support: Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and objectives.
  • Documentation: Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions, and assist in testing and validating new systems.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Degree in Economics, or a related field. Good IT skillset. 
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / reporting related role.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand business needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for delivering findings and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Proficiency: Highly Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SAP BW (Business warehouse), ERP SAP Hana, Excel, Database management.
  • English and Italian: very good communication skills
