Scope of the role: 

This role is responsible for enabling an exceptional employee and HR experience by acting as the trusted subject matter expert and strategic partner for HR systems.

As super-user of SuccessFactors and other HR technologies, it ensures high-quality support, optimal user experience, and strong system adoption across employees, managers, and HR stakeholders.

The role drives continuous improvement, governance, and the effective implementation and enhancement of HR technologies to maximize efficiency, data integrity, and business value.

Working closely with HR, IT, vendors, and key stakeholders, it fosters cross-functional collaboration and contributes to shaping and advancing the organization’s HR technology agenda.

Your Role

  • Act as the primary expert and super-user for SuccessFactors and HR systems, delivering high-quality support, guidance, and training to employees, managers, and HR stakeholders, ensuring strong user adoption and an excellent experience.
  • Ensure HR systems and data are reliable, secure, compliant, and high-quality, through effective configuration, governance, audits, and continuous monitoring.
  • Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation, identifying enhancements and leveraging new technologies to optimize processes, efficiency, and user experience.
  • Contribute, support and execute the HR systems strategy and roadmap, including  implementations, upgrades, testing, and change management to deliver sustainable business value.
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships (HR, IT, vendors, business), acting as a trusted advisor to translate business needs into effective, integrated HR technology solution.

 

Who are you: 

  • 5–7 years of experience in HRIS / HR technology, with strong exposure to SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Proven experience as an advisor to stakeholders; project experience in HCM implementations is a plus.
  • Degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, HRIS, project/change management) are highly desirable.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset, combined with strategic thinking, influencing skills, and the ability to balance operations with long-term improvement.
  • Ability to demonstrate high-quality support and guidance, helping users to effectively leverage HR systems.
  • Strong governance of HR systems and data quality management.
  • Proactive and solution oriented as HR technology continuously evolves.
  • Collaborative and team-minded.

Compensation pay range: 48.750€ - 68.250€

The compensation range indicated in this job posting represents an estimated average range for the position. The final remuneration will be determined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, in accordance with applicable EU pay transparency and pay equity requirements
