Ready to make an impact in pharma supply chain? As an ESO Supply Planner you will be responsible for planning external supplier products and will have direct accountability for a specific line of business (pharmaceutical form). The role also serves as the key reference for stock management (FP/SMF Working Capital), ensuring optimal supply performance and effective inventory control.

 

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Develop and manage a 24-month purchasing plan.
  • Review previous months' volumes to identify main variations and conduct root cause analysis for monthly forecast submission.
  • Collaborate with Category Managers to resolve asset balancing trade-offs, ensuring sufficient supply performance.
  • Review high-level supply requirements across the full constrained horizon and prioritize orders based on market inventory position and SKU segmentation.
  • Lead Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) Governance.
  • Participate in weekly supply governance calls to troubleshoot low stock issues and balance cost vs. supply trade-offs.
  • Track root causes and prioritize remediation and prevention actions.
  • Evaluate FP/SMF inventory projections (internal production) to balance PPV vs. working capital objectives.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in supply planning, demand planning, or inventory management within the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in supply chain planning tools and ERP systems (IBP preferred)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
