Sr Manager, HR Analytics & Employee Programs

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior Manager Talent Analytics & employee programs

Scope of the Role

The Sr Manager, HR Analytics & Employee Programs leads HR Analytics through KPI analysis and reporting and provide support in headcount forecasting and personnel cost planning and controlling at a global level.

This role is also responsible globally for the design,  governance and overall management of employee benefits programs, global employee policies and international mobility.

This position acts as a key interface between HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement and external providers to ensure competitive, compliant, and cost-effective people programs worldwide.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. HR KPI Analysis, Reporting, Forecasting and Controlling

  • Define and maintain HR performance dashboards (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, diversity, mobility metrics, employees cost, etc.).
  • Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports for executive leadership.
  • Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to support workforce planning and strategic HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Finance on budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
  • Contribute to ensure data accuracy across HRIS, payroll, and finance systems.
  • Support audits and regulatory reporting where required.

 

2. Global Employee Programs & Policies Management

  • Design, implement, manage and continuously improve global employees programs & policies.
  • Ensure external competitiveness and internal equity of benefits offerings.
  • Manage relationships with our global broker.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements.
  • Lead benefits communication strategies to employees and HR stakeholders.

 

3. Global Mobility

  • Own end-to-end global mobility processes for expatriates and international assignees.
  • Manage global mobility policies and coordinate with our selected provider, relocation services.
  • Ensure compliance with immigration, tax, and employment laws in host and home countries.
  • Provide advisory support to business leaders on international talent deployment.

 

4. Governance & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as global subject matter expert for benefits, policies, mobility and HR analytics.
  • Partner with Legal and Compliance on regulatory topics.
  • Lead or contribute to HR transformation and digitalization projects.

 

Who are you ?

  • 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, with strong exposure to HR analytics,
  • Experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and modelling desired,
  • Proven experience in managing global employee programs and policies, including international mobility, in international environments and matrix organizations.
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

  • Advanced HR analytics and reporting capabilities, including experience with reporting tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Power BI, Excel),
  • Budget management and financial analysis skills,

  • Experience managing global vendors and service providers,
  • Strategic mindset with strong business orientation,
