Sr Manager, HR Analytics & Employee Programs

Scope of the role
In the Sr Manager, HR Analytics & Employee Programs position you will lead HR Data Analytics through KPI analysis and reporting, supporting strategic decision-making, budgeting and forecasting at a global level.
You will be also responsible globally for the design, governance and overall management of employee benefits programs, global employee policies and international mobility.
In this position you will act as a key interface between HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement and external providers to ensure competitive, compliant, and cost-effective people programs worldwide.
Your role
In this role your responsibilities will cover two main areas:
1. HR Analytics
- Define, maintain, and enhance HR dashboards and reporting frameworks covering key workforce metrics such as headcount, turnover, absenteeism, diversity, mobility, and employee costs.
- Produce accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports and analytics for executive leadership and strategic decision-making.
- Analyze workforce trends and complex HR data to deliver actionable insights that support workforce planning and broader HR initiatives.
- Collaborate with Finance on budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
- Ensure robust HR data quality, governance, and reconciliation processes while partnering with HRIS, IT, Finance, and Payroll teams to improve system integration and reporting reliability.
- Standardize KPI methodologies, automate reporting processes, support audits and regulatory reporting, and conduct root-cause analysis to resolve data discrepancies and improve reporting efficiency.
- Lead or contribute to HR transformation and digitalization projects.
2. Employee Programs
- Design, implement, and continuously improve global benefits and mobility programs, policies, and frameworks aligned with business and employee needs.
- Manage global and local vendor relationships, including benefits providers, brokers, and relocation partners, to ensure service quality and cost effectiveness.
- Monitor program competitiveness, internal equity, and overall cost efficiency while optimizing return on investment for benefits and mobility initiatives.
- Oversee end-to-end international mobility processes, including assignments, relocations and employee integration support.
- Ensure compliance with local and international labor while providing guidance to HR stakeholders and business leaders on global talent deployment.
Who are you
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, with strong exposure to HR analytics, HR data/systems and workforce reporting,
- Experience in Finance and Cost Controlling, a plus,
- Demonstrable previous experience of managing employee programs & benefits, as well as global mobility cases,
- Proven experience in international environments and matrix organizations.

- Advanced HR analytics and reporting capabilities, including experience with reporting tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Power BI, Excel, etc.),
