Purpose of the Job
This role is a data-driven HR analytics position that applies advanced analytics, statistical methods, and data science techniques to transform workforce and business data into actionable insights that support informed decision-making.
It is responsible for developing, maintaining and enhancing data models, reporting processes, and data flows while ensuring high standards of data quality, governance, and integration across HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll systems.
The role contributes to automation, predictive analytics, and workforce intelligence capabilities and partners with cross-functional stakeholders to support workforce planning, forecasting, and organizational performance through data-driven insights.
Your role
- Develop and optimize KPIs, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions, performing root-cause analysis and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Apply advanced analytics and workforce intelligence techniques to generate insights and support data driven decision-making aligned with business priorities.
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, delivering meaningful reporting and insights that support workforce planning and organizational performance.
- Contribute to HR transformation initiatives and collaborate with Finance and other stakeholders to support budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and workforce investment decisions.
- Maintain and enhance HR data models, reporting structures, and end-to-end data flows, partnering with HRIS, IT, Finance, and Payroll to support data integration, accessibility, and reporting reliability.
- Support data governance, quality, reconciliation, and compliance processes to ensure accurate, consistent, secure, and reliable workforce data across systems and reports.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Master a plus) in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, MBA, or related field.
- At least 4 years of progressive experience in People Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, People Analytics, or Data Management.
- Experience in designing and managing enterprise data architecture and in implementing data governance, data quality frameworks, audit controls, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Track record of delivering predictive analytics, forecasting models, automation initiatives, and dashboards that drive business outcomes.
- Experience partnering with HR, Finance, IT, and business functions to influence strategic decisions and transformation programs.
- Experience in workforce analytics, HR analytics, and in supporting budgeting, forecasting, workforce cost analysis is a plus.
Compensation range: 55.000 € - 71.000 €
The compensation range indicated in this job posting represents an estimated average range for the position. The final remuneration will be determined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, in accordance with applicable EU pay transparency and pay equity requirements
