To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a Senior Director, Brand Content and Media CHC
Purpose of the Job
Build a partner and agency ecosystem that sustainably creates and governs breakthrough brand experiences, with creative excellence, and global media strategies that scale effectively and efficiently across markets in a complex omnichannel and influencer ecosystem. Improve consumer experience and digital/social reach by delivering repeatable brand assets, performance-driven media frameworks, and agency excellence across a diverse set of growth markets.
Principal Accountabilities
Brand Experience & Creative Development
- Define global brand identity systems and scalable creative platforms based on targeted behaviour change principles.
- Own development of defined repeatable brand assets and creative toolkits to ensure brand distinctiveness and sustained equity.
- Lead brand presentation across all touchpoints through the consumer journey and design clear experience principles that better enable the jobs-to-be-done at each touchpoint.
Media Strategy & Digital Excellence
- Lead global media strategy, ensuring strong direction and clarity for localization.
- Define audience targeting, channel roles, and digital measurement frameworks.
- Improve A&P ROI by optimizing working vs non-working media spend for the global strategic brands.
Agency Management
- Build, lead and govern the global agency ecosystem including integrated creative, media, digital, and content partners.
- Set agency KPIs, scopes, and performance tracking.
- Drive efficiency, quality, and innovation across agency partnerships.
- Ensure lead agencies are a strategic partner of choice, effectively building a powerful strategic creative and media resource for Alfasigma global CHC brands.
Market Execution & Playbooks
- Build inspirational and clear execution guides and Cx activation frameworks for markets.
- Provide digital playbooks across paid, owned, and earned channels with clear and measurable executional standards
- Partner closely with E-commerce and Commercial Excellence teams for integrated go-to-market execution.

Qualifications
Work Experience
- Minimum of 10 years in Brand Management, Media Strategy, Digital Marketing, or Creative Excellence within FMCG or Consumer Health.
- Proven experience developing global brand assets and governing media/digital strategies.
- Strong capability in working with agency networks and driving performance.
- Track record of improving media ROI and creative effectiveness.
Education
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or related fields.
- Additional training preferred: Digital Advertising, Media Analytics, Creative Strategy, CX Design.
Competencies & Major Skills
- Deep understanding of agency performance management, structures and processes
- Deep understanding of digital and social channels, consumer behavior, influencer marketing and media trends.
- Analytical mindset, ability to structure and measure performance standards and navigate complex procurement and contract issues.
- Exceptional briefing, creative evaluation, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to lead with and without authority and influence global stakeholders.
- Curiosity-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience working in global matrices and cross-functional environments
- Efficient communication and good presentation skills
- Fluent in English. Other languages are a plus
- Smart approach and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Package and key tools
