As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Supervisor, General Services to join our team.
Scope of the role:
The Supervisor, General Services will ensure the efficient management of office operations, facilities, and administrative services, guaranteeing a safe, well-functioning, and productive work environment. The role involves overseeing administrative staff, coordinating vendors and service providers, managing office logistics, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and security standards.
Your key responsibilities:

Oversee daily office operations, ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Supervise and coordinate the work of administrative personnel and office assistants.

Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.

Serve as the main contact for vendors, contractors, and building management.

Organize and support company events, meetings, and training sessions.

Handle correspondence, incoming calls, and general inquiries.

Monitor office budgets and control administrative expenses.

Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and facilities.

Guarantee compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.

Support HR-related activities such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, and leave management.
Who are you:

You hold a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

You have proven experience as an Office Manager, Facilities Coordinator, or similar supervisory role—preferably in a corporate or pharmaceutical environment.

You demonstrate strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

You have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

You are proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while guiding a team.

You have good knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles.

Fluency in English and Italian is preferred.
