Marketing Brand Manager

As we continue to grow, we are seeking Marketing Brand Manager for our Morristown, NJ office. This is a hybrid working position.
Scope of the role:
The Brand Manager will report directly to our Vice President, Head of Marketing & Mail Order Operations. Selected individual will develop and manage brand strategies and will create and execute go-to-market plans in the HCP and consumer channels and strengthen organizational capabilities to expand our digital footprint. The Brand Manager will lead the development of new product launches in conjunction with multifunctional and agency partners. The Brand Manager will also be a key participant in the development of the long-range Strategic Plan for the US business. This is a hybrid position with office hours in our Morristown, NJ corporate office.
Your key responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning – Develop and maintain a multi-year strategy that includes definition of the go-to-market framework, product innovation, and channel expansion to sustain growth.
- Insights – Uncover and leverage consumer and HCP insights and translate them into actionable building blocks
- New Product Initiative Leadership – Lead development of insight-based new product initiatives. Lead multifunctional teams including R&D, Market Research, Finance, Medical Affairs and Legal.
- Marketing Excellence – Develop best-in-class marketing plans to support consumer/patient/HCP growth, with an increased focus on digital capabilities. Partner with advertising and media agencies to support plan development, creative asset development and continued optimization. Enhance the organization’s marketing toolkits with an emphasis on quality, speed and agility.
- ROI Analysis - Track marketing investments and collect and analyze ROI to better inform future spend
Who are you:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of brand management experience preferably within consumer healthcare, pharma or CPG
- Experience in developing and executing successful brand strategies leading to the successful attainment of business goals.
- New product innovation development and launch experience
- Experience driving traffic and conversion via digital marketing and Ecommerce
