As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior Manager, HR Operations & Total Rewards, to join the USA Rare Disease team (Intercept Pharmaceuticals subsidiary).
Scope of the role:
The Senior Manager of HR Operations & Total Rewards is a strategic and hands-on HR leader responsible for leading HR operations, total rewards, HR technology, compliance, and continuous process improvement for the USA Rare Disease and Nutrition businesses. This role partners with business leaders and the local and global HR teams to optimize HR operational processes and systems and deliver an exceptional employee experience.
Your key responsibilities:
- Lead HR operations across the employee lifecycle
- Develop HR policies, procedures, and process improvements
- Manage data integrity audits, reporting needs, and compliance with employment laws
- Lead compensation and benefits programs in partnership with the global team
- Manage annual merit and incentive processes
- Conduct market benchmarking for positions
- Participate in annual compensation surveys and recommend salary structure updates
- Partner with leaders and Talent Acquisition on competitive offers
- Oversee benefits strategy, open enrollment, and employee wellbeing
- Lead HR system integration, implementation, and enhancement projects
- Lead testing, change management, communications, and training for HR technology initiatives
- Lead cross-functional HR initiatives and continuous improvement
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CCP or CEBS certification preferred - 10+ years of experience in HR Operations, Total Rewards and HR Technology
- Biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences experience preferred
- Expertise in compensation benchmarking, salary surveys, HR systems, benefits, and compliance
- Experience leading HR technology implementations and enhancements
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $150,000 to $185,000. This represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary based on various factors including, but not limited to, experience, skillset, and performance.
