To strengthen our HR Leadership team we are currently looking for a HRVP R&D and global Franchise
Scope of the role
The role is a key member of the Corporate Global HR leadership team as well as a member of the Development team, the Quality/Reg/Safety team and the two new Strategic Franchise teams. The HR leader will drive the evolution of these organization in terms of talent, org design and leadership capability. The role will report to the CHRO
Key Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR leader to oversee the human resources functions for the newly created Development team, the Quality/Reg/Safety team and the two new Strategic Franchise teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving HR initiatives, supporting organizational design and change management initiatives. The role is responsible for ensuring alignment of HR strategies with the business goals of each department. This role requires a deep understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of each department and the ability to provide strategic HR leadership specifically in the area of R&D in the pharmaceutical industry. The role will support 4 Alfasigma Executive leaders
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business objectives of the stakeholders
- Partner with senior leadership to identify HR priorities and develop solutions that support business growth and innovation.
- Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning as per global talent agenda.
Talent Acquisition and Management
- Oversee the recruitment process in close collaboration with TAC function to attract and retain top talent for stakeholders.
- Execute and embed effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the organization in line with corporate standard.
- Implement performance management systems to evaluate and improve employee performance.
Employee Engagement and Development
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages employee engagement and retention.
- Implement and embed development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth in line with agreed focus areas with leadership team.
- Support employee survey actions to improve Esat and Engagement
HR Operations and Compliance:
- Ensure and oversee that operations across the workforce footprint is working properly. You will need to engage with the teams and COE’s spread around the globe to implement any portfolio related HR actions. The role will need to lead and manage thru influence of the HR teams in the countries.
Organizational Development:
- Lead organizational change initiatives and support departments in managing change effectively.
- Work with department heads to identify and address organizational development needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve organizational culture and effectiveness.
Who are you ?
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 10-15 years of HR experience as HRBP for business or function, or sr. HRBP in R&D, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
- Proven experience in supporting strategic and innovation functions such as: R&D, Business Development, and Global Product Marketing functions.
Skills and Competencies
- Experience with organizational design and change management in large R&D organizations.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving and design thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and communities and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
